What to expect

Feel to Heal — a 4-minute bedtime poem, read by Jessi

A short poem about choosing what helps you feel well, and being kind to yourself. It’s read once, slowly, with space after every line to let each one land, as the music fades to silence.

How to listen:

  • Lying down, when you’re ready for sleep. Never while driving.
  • No headphones needed.
  • Let it play and fade. There is nothing to do.

About

Before you listen. Lying down, when you are ready for sleep. Not for driving.

Written by Jessi.

Feel to heal

Make positive life choices
To align with how you want to feel,
Nourish your body, mind and soul,
And you will start to heal.

Positive choices raise your frequency,
A gentler rhythm in the way you live.
Free yourself, allow yourself to feel,
Become the best version of yourself,
Let that begin with kindness toward yourself.
Open your heart and you begin to heal.
